1. Excellent hand bender for 3/8" to 5/8" rebar
2. All steel construction, fingers are hardened and threaded to hold and not slip
3. The A30 Hickey Bar (30" handle")    If the handle is too long for close in work just shorten it with a hack saw.

        The 30" handle is for general rebar bending for concrete work. .    The handle is 3/4 tubing.  It weighs about 3 1/2 lbs to 4 lbs.  The head is made of 3/8" plate with threaded hardened studs pressed and then welded in.  I paint the heads red to reduce the effects of corrosion and to make it easier to keep track of on site.  Normally I sell these tools in pairs.    The 30" handle allows much greater leverage in bending and works well where tight places aren't a problem.   Of course, if the handle is too long just adjust its length with a hacksaw.

These bar benders can also be repaired with a grinder and welder when one the the studs wears off or breaks under load.  I keep the extras here if you need any.  I believe I make the only repairable-in-the-field hickey bar there is.
