31" tall Fleur de Lys Standing Toilet Paper Holder. Totally portable and does not need wall mounting. Even has non scratch pads on the bottom. The fluer de lis is ancient in its history representing many cultures and ages. Most recently it represents the French, Canadians, and Cajuns of Louisiana. However it can be seen through out Europe and the Americas. The base is about 12 inches across for good stability and it does require very easy assembly. Would fit in well with primitive Gothic decor, medieval, art nouveau and country.
